The field engineer visits the respective villages regularly during the process of construction and installation and afterwards for post monitoring. While the regular Monitoring, Evaluation and Research (MER) unit of the organization also conducts quarterly monitoring of the schemes. Besides, under Environmental Up-gradation Program, various energy and cost effective and fuel sustainable products are introduced such as Wax-lamps, Stoves and Bio-gas Plants etc. Agriculture Extension also comes under the umbrella of this program. The community physical infrastructure development (CPID) program support rural communities in addressing their prioritized physical infrastructure needs. The communities themselves implement these schemes following the preparation of technical and social feasibilities as well as cost estimates by the program staff.
